This Is My Primary Philosophy…
Without a doubt, this is a philosophy I live by and I urge anyone who is truly hungry for success to buy this idea.
Before diving into this idea, do you know that the average youth stares at the screen of his mobile phone 75 times a day?
Doesn’t that sound like a tremendous amount of distraction?
A quick story ; I grew up in a middle class family. I have an elder sister and a junior brother.
Our basic needs were covered. My elder sister came home with excellent grades likewise my kid brother.
I was the black sheep of the family. I came home with below average grades.
Although my parents never did the comparison thing but I was hurt on the inside.
As a kid, I had zero worries, I just wanted to explore and see what I was capable of.
The mistake I made at the time was being unable to channel my energy in the right direction.
I used to play around from dawn till dusk. I was labelled by parents, friends, and even neighbors a dullard.
This would hurt me for a moment but the next moment, I’m in my playful mode again.
As I matured, I’ve been labelled an “unserious element several times by different people.
Thus , I decided to turn things around and get things right.
First, I solved my academic (Grades) deficiencies. To my surprise, it was easier than I thought.
I started collecting the juicy grades and it was something I never thought I could do.
This doesn’t mean I’m some kind of nerd or guru, this simply means I started doing things I never thought I could do.
As my grades improved, my self-esteem did. Over the years, I realized I was NEVER a dull kid, I was a bright kid from birth.
I realized I wasn’t getting cool grades because I wasn’t really paying attention to it. “Success follows attention” – Grant Cardone .
Ever since, I’ve had the confidence to step into any setting and pull things off.
Look, it isn’t just about “confidence”, it’s about the “attack” mentality.
Remember the fact I revealed earlier? “The average youth stares at the screen of his mobile phone 75 times a day”.
The question now is ; How many times does the average youth stares at his goals?
Probably, once in a year. Many don’t even write their goals down.
If you don’t pay attention to your goals, you’ll pay attention to distractions.
What are you paying attention to? This is what the “Attack Or Be Attacked” principle is all about. You either go after what you want or what you DON’T want comes after you.
For example, when I didn’t pay attention to (Attack) my academics in school, I got attacked by ugly labels and a terrible self-esteem.
If you don’t confront (Attack) your challenges, you’ll be attacked by defeat.
If you don’t attack poverty, you’ll be attacked by depression.
This principle or philosophy can be applied in all walks of life.
Confront or hunt down the little beast and you’ll never have to worry about it maturing or multiplying.
I implore anyone who is genuinely serious in any walk of life to live by this potent philosophy or idea.
Will you attack or will you be attacked? Your choice!
Remember, this is a very simple deal – “Attack Or Be Attacked“.
