4 Unbelievably Easy Ways To Overcome Depression.


Last week, I opened my social media accounts, and about sixty percent of what I saw was related to depression or suicide.

At first, I thought it was just a new trend. In the last few days, I realized it was far from being a trend, it was actually real.

Below is a couple of real life situations I found on Facebook :

There’s been a point in my life where I lived in depression. I had no one to talk to and it was frightfully painful.

I was emotionally down. My academic performance was awful. I had no direction.

I was in a very dark moment. Sometimes, I wonder how I got past those moments.

Once again, I had no one to talk to – Not even my Mum!I would sit and cry alone at sunset.

Most of my friends at the time unknowingly rubbed salt on the wound with their ugly words or vibes.

Somehow, I was able to get past that moment. I would be sharing the full story at my upcoming Webinar Here.

Here’s what I learned during those ugly moments though – Either happiness or sadness is a mental gig!

How is that possible? Look, the game of life is all about focus.

Focus on your depressions and more would come your way.

Focus on the beauties of life and definitely, you’ll attract beauty into your life.

Beautiful people, beautiful circumstances, beautiful opportunities, and definitely, beautiful posts like this.

In order to wipe out depression from your life, you’ve got to realize that nothing’s permanent and change is constant.

Here’s the problem, it’s very difficult to accept nice sweet quotes you see on social media during these dark moments.

The rate of depression is alarming though. Check this out :

According to W.H.O, depression is a common mental disorder. Globally, more than 300 million people of ALL AGES suffer from depression.

Regardless of your age, below are a couple of tips to overcome your depression like I did 10 years ago :

  1. Embrace Your Depression : That’s right. Embrace the pain. Cry if you have to.
  2. Talk To Someone : You can’t find someone to talk to? 10 years ago, I had no one to talk to either. Guess what I did? I talked to myself. I’m not a robot, right? I’m human. I’m someone! “Talk to yourself like you would do to someone you love”Anonymous.
  3. Shift Your Focus : Shift your focus from being a victim to being a Victor.
  4. Attend My Upcoming Webinar : My Webinar on How To Be Mentally Tough is going to be far from being theoretical. I’ll be digging deep on how to really beat depression like I did 10 years ago.
