WARNING : This Article Is Strictly For People With Giant Goals Or Dreams .
You want to grab my attention? Don’t talk to me about getting a lady or guy to say “Yes” to you.
Talk to me about something BIG you intend to do and my eyes would light up!
Talk to me about EXPANDING your craft to a whole new level.
Look, I get bored with same old little stories.
Tell me something new, different and valuable and you have my attention.
I’m glued to massive and exciting things. The whole world is glued to the same thing.
My whole life, I’ve always been trying to figure things out.
I’m not good at a lot of things and even the few things I’m great at, I once struggled with them.
I remember that some of the things I have now, used to be goals.
I’m grateful for the things I now have or things I now know but I want more.
The things I want or desire now are pretty monstrous and scary but I’m giving it a shot anyways.
Do you have big dreams? Do you have giant goals?
Literally, these are goals that would keep you awake, excite you and even more, scare you.
If you have big giant targets, it would be easy for you to understand my plight here.
Look, these (massive) goals have a downside too. They choke you and not only that, they cripple you from taking action.
These goals are so BIG, you have no idea on how to attain them.
This is where you need to apply simplicity.
You might have read stuffs that suggests that you break your goals down into simpler attainable units.
While I believe that to be an healthy principle, that’s not what I’m talking about here.
Although, they might sound similar but there’s a significant difference.
Now, here’s what I’m talking about :
You want to simplify your goals so much that it sounds simple to you and to anyone who cares to know what your mission is.
You don’t have to complicate things.
I’ll give you some excellent example shortly.
Before that, I want you to realize that there’s nothing wrong with your dreams or goals being unrealistic.
As a matter of fact, it is good for your mental health. In the least way, it keeps you from depression.
Mind you, the fact that your goals are simplified or sounds simple doesn’t mean it is simple to execute. So?
What’s This Idea About?
This concept or idea is about simplifying your mission so much that you can’t wait to get out of bed to attack your dreams.
This idea is about liberating yourself from doubts, worry and uncertainty.
The greatest minds on this planet are obsessed with doing BIG things.
Yet, they’re extremely great at keeping their ideas simple.
Elon Musk didn’t waste anybody’s time talking about the mechanics.
He put it in a simple way – “We’re going to Mars”.
He did pull it off. It might sound simple but it wasn’t so simple.
President Trump, pitched his idea to the Americans (During his presidential campaign) in a simple way :
“Make America Great Again“.
It might sound simple but you and I know nothing great is easy.
Grant Cardone is someone I admire and follow. His last 10X growth conference was a massive hit.
Before the conference, he didn’t bore his audience with stories of how he wanted to make the conference a MASSIVE one.
Here’s what he said : “We’re going to fill the stadium with 34,000 strong people”. And He did.
You think that’s an easy deal?
Try doing a “motivational” gig in your hood and get just 100 people to attend and see exactly how easy it is.
The bottom line here is this
- Think BIG.
- Simplify your mission in simple language.
- Confront your mission with courage and vitality.
Actually, number 2 (Simplifying your mission) makes number 3 (Confronting your mission) easy to do.
Remember ; “There is gold in simplicity” – Mr Mih
In context of the above topic, my mission is to get thousands of eye balls to see my message.
I believe when I accomplish that, then, I can influence more lives in a positive way.
Thus, if you found value in this message, I want you to SHARE this message across to almost every person you know.
– Make It Happen
