How To Make Things Fall In Place

He sounded very delighted ; “Everything is just falling in place. I don’t even understand. I can’t explain…”.

“I’m really really happy for you bro…”, I replied the WhatsApp voice message .

I felt very happy for him yesterday as He announced an healthy news to me.

Just last week, he was in his “dark” hours. It seemed like the world was coming to an end.

Behold! yesterday, everything turned around – Positively.

As I listened to the WhatsApp voice message, the words – “Everything is falling in place” kept ringing in my head.

I was so happy for this friend of mine. I still am. Life is full of twists and turns. Life can also be rosy.

Have you ever been in those moments where everything seemed unpleasant? Are you in your dark hours right now ?

I learned a thing or two from my friend’s (Positive) twist of fate. I have 4 tips in place for you to make things fall in place ;

1. Compose Yourself : When things don’t seem to be going the way you want, control your emotions.

This is the hardest part – I know. I’ve been there. Don’t freak out. Don’t wail. Don’t broadcast your problems. Lose control of everything but yourself – Control you!

2. Talk to Someone You TRUST – I highly recommend this. You’re not doing this to seek for comfort or sympathy. You just need to pour out what’s in your chest!

You don’t have to hold on to that negative emotion for so long. You need to pour out your thoughts.

By the way, if you’re the paranoid type, and there’s no one you trust, I suggest you look in the mirror and talk to yourself. You trust you, right?

Better still, do something in that moment that clears your head. Go for a walk if you can.

3. Seek Solution – It’s so easy to get locked on to your problems at this junction.

You don’t want that to happen to you! You want to propel beyond your mishaps and find glory again!

The question you should be asking yourself at this point is this – What’s my next move?

4. Focus On What You Can Control – Never underestimate how deluded people can get when people encounter challenges. They tend to chase everything.

You don’t have to chase everything. Stay in line with what you can control. Don’t sweat over what is beyond your reach.

Whatever it is you can control, give it your all. This is the time to bounce back and you MUST bounce back!

Take the time to put yourself back on track. No time to lax.

How fast can you fight back? How fast can you punch back? How soon can you make things fall in place?
