I opened my Facebook few minutes ago and a unique piece from Gary Vaynerchuk popped on my screen.
I probably might have talked about this before but there’s no crime repeating a valuable message – Especially when it’s done in a fresh way.
So here’s the deal ; No one is perfect.
Even if it seems like there are more critics and negativity out there than oxygen, no one is complete – Not even the critics. Thus, ignore the noise.
You and I already know, there’s always a missing piece.
The “missing piece” that most people see in themselves tend to be the excuse they use NOT to take action.
I want you to reverse that today. Get this straight ;
Your missing piece is your gift – Mr Mih
A great example ; Steve Harvey is on his third marriage. Many would consider that a disaster.
Maybe it is to you but Steve Harvey who is a powerful communicator has used his pain to help strengthen other people’s relationships. Got it?

You need another example? I’ll give it to you.
Grant Cardone, who is someone I look up to, never got to spend time with his father. He lost his Dad at the tender age of ten.
How did he use his “missing piece”? What seemed to be his “missing piece” has helped him become a better father to his daughters.
Plus, it helped him realize that he needed to build a foundation for kids without fathers. Are you with me?
Now, how can you flip your pain, “missing piece” or imperfections into an asset?
First, recognize and admit it. When you can identify and admit your imperfections , no one can use it against you.
It effortlessly becomes an asset. Your pain is your story and your story is an asset.
You don’t need to be a cry baby about your vulnerabilities . Own it. Embrace it. Cherish it and grow through it.
It is important to note that before you can grow through your imperfections, you have to be able to use it.
It’s time you quit using your weaknesses as an excuse not to win. Quit acting like a victim.
Life is quite very simple – You either WIN or WHINE. Thus, make sure you WIN.
Now tell me, how can you turn your vulnerabilities into an asset?
1. Recognize and admit it.
2. Use it.
Enjoy the rest of your week.
