The last few months has been the most worrisome period of my entire life.
Thus, I know what it’s like to be worried.
I’ve been worried about the future. My next moves, and hey, I get confused too. Worry compounds it all.
Times like this actually amplify the rate at which people worry.
Shout out to all the entrepreneurs out there. Shout out to everyone who’s constantly looking to get better.
In moments of uncertainty like this, it is so easy to get worried.
Solution? It is advisable to pull back for a second to gain clarity.
Clarity is power.
“Worry often gives a small thing a big shadow” – Swedish Proverb.
The moment you get worried about something , you give your power away.
You become helpless.
My most worrisome days has undoubtedly being my least productive days.
Note : You cannot worry and be productive at the same time
The very first step to getting rid of worries is to catch yourself in the act.
Worry is like a cassanova, it crawls up on you slowly until you get tied up in the spell of love – In this case; Depression.
Thus, as soon as worry starts crawling up on you slowly in your mind, you have to replace it with something positive – Gratitude.
With gratitude, sorrow and worries disappear.
Then, if possible, take a nap.
Naps help tremendously. It refreshes the mind. You can take a walk too. Short walks definitely help.
According to a source ; Sleep experts have found that daytime naps can improve many things :
Increase alertness, boost creativity, reduce stress, improve perception, stamina, motor skills and accuracy, enhance your sex life, aid in weight loss, reduce the risk of heart attack, brighten your mood and boost memory.
Taking a short walk definitely helps too.
All these little hacks makes a huge difference.
As soon as you escape from the vile claws of worry, you become a forward thinker. Worry clouds judgment.
With clarity, comes power and courage.
If the future looks turbid to you right now, if your next moves looks blurry, then there’s some dose of worry lurking in your heart.
Figure out what exactly is keeping your mind heavy. Come to terms with it. Don’t fight it. Accept it, then think solutions.
Worry is just an invisible load that drains every creative juice out of you.
It’s time to get really organized. Maybe you don’t need to add more workload.
Maybe you need to clear the clutters. Maybe you need to eliminate some things you no longer need.
Maybe you need to quit some terrible habits – Worry.
Your mental health is super important, don’t let worry keep you down.
Raise your chin like you’re a king and go execute that task or mission.
You got this. Clear the clutters. Get rid of negativity. Take a nap and don’t feel guilty about it. Take a walk. Then come back home and map
Don’t let worry stop you from finding your genius and executing that plan.
Place a bet on you but remember, you can’t win with worry in your heart.
It’s time to get super productive and execute that plan. Yes, boredom and worry is the enemy but only you can slay the beast.
