How To Feed Your Self-esteem Like The Top Athletes.

Hey my friends, today I want to share a short, simple but potent idea with you.

The level of your success, is going to be in direct proportion with your self-esteem.

Thus, if you have a weak self-esteem like I used to, you have zero chance at winning big.

People with low self-esteem feast on the failures of others.

People with an healthy self-esteem feast on getting better and making others do the same.

My intention is to keep this piece short.

Thus, the most efficient way I know to have and build on an healthy self-esteem is to put yourself on a high standard.

This has nothing to do with ego but it has a lot to do with ACTION.

Set a target way high than your normal “success routine” or normal victories.

Try to achieve something really BIG or try doing something (Positive) you’ve never done before and watch your self-esteem soar.

There are other thousands of ways to get your self-esteem healthy but this is the most efficient way.

Raise your targets and fulfill it. Then, repeat the process.
