Secrets To Having A Great Work Ethic.

By : Mr Mih

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been the energetic kid.Full of life and full of vibes.

I’m still the same till today.

l don’t mind losing sleep till I finish that project.

That’s just me.

As I grow older, I realized having a great work ethic is an incredible asset.

In the past, I used to work hard so people can say ; “He works hard”.

And when nobody appreciates my work ethic? I feel sad inside.

In this part of the world, it’s called “eye service”.

When you do things just to impress people.

Today, I no longer do the “eye service” gig.

I focus on my work ethic.

I’m NOT even looking to outwork the competition.

I’m looking to see what I’m capable of.I take it as a game.

I want to see how far I can go.

When you develop your work ethic WITHOUT looking out for compliments from others, you’re in a different zone.

When it becomes a game, it becomes fun.

It’s pushing for the limits WITHOUT any external pressure.

You do it for you.

Not for them.

The drive is pure and real.

Embrace the idea of showing up every day… AND

Bringing your A-game to the field.

It pays in the end.

The sense of fulfillment is on another level.
